We offer a sound basis for forward-looking controlling and meaningful reporting: Our Group Accounting & Group Reporting team prepares the IFRS consolidated financial statements and is in charge of the global reporting of the ICI Group. In addition, we provide further group-wide financial and controlling services.
Group accounting
As part of the consolidation and preparation of the IRFS consolidated financial statements, we are responsible for the budgetary control and flexibility of the ICI Group.
In this context, we attend to the initial valuations of new acquisitions in accordance with IFRS 3 and the management of the closing process.
Group Reporting & Processes
With regard to global IFRS reporting for the ICI Group, we are responsible for the implementation and further development of reporting systems and processes.
We are also in charge of the organization and development of internal auditing throughout the Group.
