HR consulting
We support the search for new staff through comprehensive personnel marketing, professional selection processes, and administrative and contractual support during the recruitment process. Since we understand how important the further professional development of our colleagues is, we provide customized compensation and benefit instruments:
We advise the companies of the ICI Group on provisions of labor law and labor relations at the workplace as well as on change processes. We also prepare the adaptation of collective agreements and company regulations.
HR administration
The HR Administration department supports various administrative processes in the operative business and is available to the entire ICI Group.
In addition to payroll accounting and time recording, our Human Resources team takes care of the travel expense accounting of ICIG employees and their company pension scheme.
Legal support
Our Legal Support advises the ICI Group on commercial and corporate law issues, assists in drafting contracts and conducting negotiations, and accompanies the undertaking’s acquisition activities and the steering of legal proceedings.
