Our Accounting Services team offers accounting and financial reporting services across all industries. In compliance with the relevant legal accounting requirements, we handle the entire financial accounting of ICIG companies domiciled in Germany. We prepare not only the advance VAT returns and statistical reports, but also the monthly and annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB), IFRS and tax law. Furthermore, we accompany the commercial implementation of mergers, company spin-offs and start-ups, and are responsible for annual audits and tax audits.
